Why did you choose Cornell and/or Cornell Engineering?
Cornell offers a great amount of flexibility when it comes to determining courses outside of the typical Engineering flowchart. I have had the most amazing experiences taking a variety of different courses during my time at Cornell and being able to foster both my Engineering and non-Engineering interests is the main reason why I chose Cornell University.

What is your favorite thing about Cornell and/or Cornell Engineering?
My favorite thing about Cornell Engineering is the hands-on work. Mechanical engineering specifically has labs every semester that actually allow you to apply the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom. Outside of the coursework, there are plenty of opportunities through project teams and research to find a collaborative environment working towards the same goal.

How did you get involved outside the classroom?
I am a part of multiple clubs on campus and work as well. I am the President of Society for India, the Co-Outreach Chair of Society of Women Engineers Cornell Chapter, and on the Mechanical subteam of CUAUV Project Team. I work as a TA for MAE 2030 and a PA for ENGRG 1050.
