Why did you choose Cornell and/or Cornell Engineering?
I chose Cornell Engineering because of the wide variety of opportunities in research, professional development, and hands-on experiences. The chemical engineering department specifically offers so many different specializations and prioritizes the professional and intellectual enrichment of their students.

What is your favorite thing about Cornell and/or Cornell Engineering?
My favorite thing about Cornell Engineering is its emphasis on hands-on learning and collaboration. I really value opportunities to work closely with others while tackling real-world challenges. The combination of cutting-edge resources and a supportive, innovative environment is something I’m really excited about; it feels like a place where I can grow, contribute, and make a difference.

How did you get involved outside the classroom?
Outside of the classroom, I am a Rawlings Research Scholar working as an undergraduate researcher in the Barstow Lab. I am also a part of Engineers for a Sustainable World, Alpha Chi Sigma, and Society of Women Engineers.
